While covering clinical duties, I have developed more confidence in interventional radiology including angiogram to treat traumatic bleeding. I have seen him develop a research program without many resources from a single idea of a flow model and run experiments with liver and kidneys to test different hypothesis regarding ablation in the field of interventional radiology. With that one idea, a few other residents have worked to enlist many medical students to assist with various projects, for up to 23 submissions to national conference.
