Despite his very busy career and what I can only imagine as a significant responsibility within the department, he always makes residents and students feel important and that their education is the most valuable thing we hold. He consistently hands out unique\/ interesting EKGs and CTs to us to walk us through an interesting finding. He always has our back and makes sure our thinking through the case is appropriate.
