  • Anesthesia Toolbox access for every resident
  • Simulation curriculum with hi fidelity computerized mannequin
  • Didactic Schedule includes:
    • Lecture series, morbidity and mortality conferences, journal club, interesting case presentations, mock oral board examinations, Chairman and Program Director conferences, ultrasound workshop and TEE image review and interpretation
• Resident funds provided annually for educational purposes (books, exams, national memberships, medical licenses) and academic endeavors (conference attendance, presentations)
• Up to 5 professional days allowed to participate scholarly activities and meetings.
• Dual Master of Business Administration (MBA) program opportunity which offers advanced administrative and leadership skills.  Unique program that completes MBA classes in CA-2 & CA-3 years while allowing completion of residency and MBA in 4 years.
