Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is used to study label-free molecular interactions in real time. SPR provides information on the kinetics and thermodynamics of macromolecular interactions in solution (association rate constants, dissociation rate constants, equilibrium constants) from the millimolar to picomolar range.  It has applications in basic biomedical research and in drug discovery. We provide access to BIAcore T200 and BIAcore 3000 Surface Plasmon Resonance instruments, and the expertise to design, perform and analyze experiments.  Grant and manuscript preparation services are also available.
