Currently, Dr. Manohar remains committed to academic medicine and continues to have a strong focus on didactics, education, mentorship, and improvement of our residency program. Knowing the importance of and having benefited from excellent mentorship myself, Dr. Manohar revamped the Anesthesiology mentorship programs and currently serves as mentor to two residents and two junior faculty. She is also passionate about promoting women in medicine and started a Women in Anesthesiology social committee to provide venues for women to share common experiences and develop valuable solutions.
