Dr. M. Philip Luber will present the following:
The medical profession struggles more than other high stakes professions to provide ongoing direct observation and feedback for our trainees. This presentation will first discuss barriers to giving continuous feedback and methods to overcome these. This leads to a discussion of practical ways to set the stage for and then deliver high value feedback, emphasizing the role of co-production by the supervising faculty member and trainee.
