Overview:<\/h3>\n

What makes a good leader? How does one go about becoming a leader? Experience tells us that some people seem to have a natural gift towards leadership, while others must truly work at developing leadership skills. We hope to demonstrate that strong leaders can be both cultivated from experience- privately lived or learned from others. For this presentation, we hope to deepen our understanding of leadership, and in turn make ourselves better leaders by analyzing a series of “leadership vignettes” offered by our family and community medicine faculty.<\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0 Analyze situations from the perspective of a leader.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0 Demonstrate different qualities that make for effective leadership.<\/li>\n
