Overview:<\/h3>\n

During this presentation Beverly Bernal, PsyD will shed light on how to support cancer survivors within the primary care setting. She will describe how to identify potential late effects cancer survivors may experience.\u00a0 Additionally, Dr. Bernal will discuss the utility of screening measures and examples of measures to use in clinical practice to assess for potential late effects.\u00a0 Finally, participants will learn how to recognize when to make appropriate referrals to community providers.<\/p>\n
