Individuals with and without COVID-19 infection and with or without post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 infection (PASC) symptoms will be followed to identify risk factors and occurrence of PASC. PASC symptoms include anxiety, depression, and other psychiatric disorders, sleep disorders, \u201cbrain fog\u201d, gastrointestinal disorders, and disorders associated with the heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver."}
