This competitive award funds a portion of travel and lodging to the Keystone Symposium, B Cell-T Cell Collaboration: regulation and Dysregulation. This year&#8217;s Keystone conference will be hosted at Herrenhausen Palace in Hannover, Germany, from April 3rd to April 6th.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the travel award, he was also chosen to present his abstract entitled, &#8220;Defining broad and durable B cell immunity to <em>Plasmodium falciparum<\/em> variant surface antigens&#8221; as a poster during the symposium.<\/p>\n<p>Raphael was selected out of numerous competitive submissions and received this recognition based on his outstanding scholarly effort. He is a valued member of The Department of Microbiology, Immunology &amp; Molecular Genetics at UT Health San Antonio and a great researcher.
