Dr. Baxter was nominated by Freedom Green, a MD\/PhD Student in the Integrated Biomedical Sciences &#8211; Molecular Immunology &amp; Microbiology Discipline. In her nomination, Freedom Green explains Dr. Baxter &#8220;combines exceptional scientific skill with an extraordinary capacity for caring.
