DESCRIPTION:The Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine Office for Research announces a call for nominations for the 2022 Medical Student Research Awards. Nominees should be students who have demonstrated commitment, leadership, and enthusiasm for research during their time at the Long School of Medicine.Eligibility: There are two awards available; the <strong>Medical Student Research Award</strong> and the <strong>Medical Student Senior Research Award</strong>. Applications will be administratively screened for eligibility for either or both awards. Please note, MD/PhD students are not eligible to receive either award.Applications must be submitted in SurveyMonkey Apply by 11:59p.m. on Monday, January 25th. Packets must include the nominee’s name, graduation year, a one-page description of the nominee’s research experience/qualifications for this award, and the nominee’s resume/CV. Posters and manuscripts documenting completed research, as well as letters of support from research mentors may be submitted as supplemental materials.
