He’s excited to help grow the Orthopaedic department and be at the forefront of hip and knee deformity and arthritis treatment. Dr. Buttacavoli joined UT Health San Antonio because he knew this would be the best place for him to make a lasting impact on the future of patient care.

His wife is a native of nearby New Braunfels, Texas. They look forward to building a family near her hometown. They are excited to join the UT Health San Antonio Department of Orthopaedics family.
