Cristabel Torres, MD, FAAP has no financial relationships with ineligible companies to disclose. Dr. Cristabel Torres is originally from Puerto Rico. She moved to Mexico to begin her medical training, and after 2 years moved back to Puerto Rico to continue clinical rotations and received her medical degree in 2015
She always had passion for pediatric oncology, as her older brother is a
childhood cancer survivor. She moved to San Antonio in 2020 (in the
middle of COVID pandemic) to start fellowship in Peds Heme-Onc at UT Health San Antonio and she is  a third-year fellow and will be completing her fellowship soon.
