Dr. Joshi received his undergraduate training at Dartmouth University, and then attended Harvard Medical School for his MD and for his orthopedic residency training. Subsequently, he did a fellowship in spine at Baylor Medical College in Houston. He has been practicing in San Antonio since finishing his training in 2004. He takes care of children as well as adults with

with a variety of spine disorders.  He has a clinical appointment in the Department of Orthopedics at UT Health San Antonio and has been involved in teaching and conducting research with residents.  Recently, he has developed a keen interest in lifestyle medicine, including joining American College of Lifestyle (2018) and obtaining board certification in Lifestyle Medicine (2019). He is interested in studying how to apply these concepts and approaches toward health improvement in our complex societal and medical care systems.
