\n<\/span><\/u><\/b>Kelly Anne Hicks, MD<\/b><\/a> is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital and has been a practicing clinical pediatric endocrinologist for 13 years. She is the physician co-lead of the Young Children Diabetes Program which seeks to standardize and improve diabetes care for the youngest patients with Type 1 Diabetes ages 6 yrs and less.<\/p>\n

Sarah Renee Kelly, DNP, APRN, NP-C<\/b> is a nurse practitioner with Baylor College of Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital, as well as a provider who has lived with type 1 diabetes since childhood. She co-leads the Young Children with Diabetes Program along with Dr. Kelly Hicks in addition to a Diabetes Technology QI committee.<\/p>\n
