These services include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Participant recruitment and enrollment:<\/strong> Identifying eligible study participants and ensuring their informed consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Study coordination:<\/strong> Overseeing the logistics and organization of the research study, including scheduling visits and procedures for participants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data collection and management:<\/strong> Accurately recording participant data and maintaining study databases.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regulatory compliance:<\/strong> Ensuring the study follows all ethical guidelines, regulations, and protocols.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Institutional review board (IRB) submissions:<\/strong> Preparing and submitting study protocols and amendments for IRB approval.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication with participants:<\/strong> Keeping participants informed about the study progress and addressing their concerns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Investigational product management:<\/strong> Handling the administration and storage of study drugs or devices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adverse event reporting:<\/strong> Monitoring and reporting any adverse events experienced by participants during the study.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality control and assurance:<\/strong> Implementing measures to maintain data accuracy and study integrity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration with study sponsors:<\/strong> Maintaining communication with study sponsors or pharmaceutical companies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Study close-out:<\/strong> Ensuring all study-related materials are appropriately archived and completing necessary documentation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training and education:<\/strong> Providing education and training to study staff and investigators on study protocols and procedures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Budget management:<\/strong> Assisting in managing the study budget and tracking expenses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site monitoring visits:<\/strong> Hosting and facilitating visits from sponsor representatives or monitors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines:<\/strong> Adhering to GCP standards for conducting clinical research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Service Cost<\/h2>\n<p>All of the services offered will require a fee for service.\u00a0 Fees are dependent on the complexity of the study, number of visits, and type of support (nursing, data management etc).
