Personal Statement:

Alexandra’s research will focus on mechanisms underlying the cognitive impairment that is prominent following androgen deprivation therapy for treatment of prostate cancer. She is also examining the therapeutic efficacy of a novel pharmacological intervention. Her research includes behavioral, electrophysiological, neuroanatomical and genomics approaches.
