marks a full transition to outpatient psychiatry, unlike prior years&#8217; inpatient\/mixed rotations. Residents rotate through 3-4 diverse clinics weekly (e.g., child\/adolescent, student health, veterans, serious mental illness\/SMI, transitional care clinics), with a consistent week-to-week schedule but varying day-to-day assignments &#8211; enabling longitudinal patient care and deep relationships. Clinics run year-round; see sites <a href=\"https:\/\/lsom.uthscsa.edu\/psychiatry\/education\/residency\/general-psychiatry\/training-sites\/\">here<\/a>.
