The TCC provides medication management, individual and group counseling (or psychotherapy), and care coordination (social work) services. Appointments are required, and services are by referral only.\u00a0Referrals are accepted from designated staff at San Antonio hospitals via the Monarch online referral system.<\/p>\n<p>The TCC typically works with people for around three months while helping them connect to long-term psychiatric care and counseling in the community.
