Musculoskeletal Radiology

UT Health’s Musculoskeletal Radiology Section is comprised of 5 board certified, fellowship trained musculoskeletal radiologists. We provide complete musculoskeletal imaging services for the University Hospital and UT Medicine Systems; including University Hospital, the Medical Arts & Research Center in the South Texas Medical Center, Robert B. Green Campus in downtown San Antonio and UT Health Hill Country. Section interests include whole-body MRI and DXA body composition analysis. We offer a one-year musculoskeletal radiology fellowship. In addition to delivering exemplary diagnostic imaging services, our team performs the following minimally invasive procedures:

Minimally Invasive Musculoskeletal Procedures:

• Fluoroscopic & ultrasound-guided therapeutic injections of the joints.
• Diagnostic arthrograms
• Joint Aspirations
• CT-guided bone biopsies
• Radiofrequency ablation of bone tumors
