Dr. Abdel-Naby completed his undergraduate degree in Biology in Brooklyn, New York.  He earned his medical degree at SUNY College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York and completed his general surgery residency at SUNY as well.  Dr. Abdel-Naby began his one-year Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at UT Health San Antonio in August 2020 and serves as a Specialist within the Division of Trauma & Emergency Surgery.

Jocelyn E. Hunter, M.D.

Dr. Hunter completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry (Zoology Biomedical Science Track) at the University of Oklahoma and went on to earn her medical degree at the University of Oklahoma as well.  She completed her general surgery residency at Orlando Health in Orlando, Florida.  Dr. Hunter began her one-year Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at UT Health San Antonio in August 2020 and serves as a Specialist within the Division of Trauma & Emergency Surgery.

Rafael Tolentino Aquino, M.D.

Dr. Tolentino received his Doctor of Medicine (a 6.5-year combined program leading to MD degree) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.  He completed his general surgery residency at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC and began his one-year Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at UT Health San Antonio in July 2020.
