Our team consists of experienced diagnosticians, endoscopists (including endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatograhy), general and colorectal surgeons, and surgical endoscopists, supported by caring, experienced allied health and nursing professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Digestive diseases include more than 40 acute and chronic conditions of the GI tract &#8212; ranging from common conditions to life-threatening disorders, and are the second leading cause of disability due to illness in the United States. More than 2 million Americans are impaired by a digestive disease in some way, and approximately 400,000 are completely disabled.
