Research Summary
The most direct approach involved in my research work would be pulled down the protein of interest from knockin mouse and to identify the interactions between the proteins. Using general biochemistry, molecular biology, and other anatomical procedures, neural cell culture, and animal behavioral experiments, we try to illustrate the molecular basis of synaptogenesis and the relationship to neurodevelopmental disorders.
