Dr. Hills is always looking to teach in the operating room, in clinic, and through research endeavors. On top of this he will spend extra time with residents going over complicated cases to discuss treatment which he makes a point of addressing in a weekly fashion. He always takes his time with his patients and strives for the most optimal outcomes and is a leader in the process of defining what that is in Adult Spinal Deformity. I’ve been very grateful for his mentorship, and I know many of my colleagues have been as well.
