Dr. Brown is a very helpful mentor that creates a safe environment for learning. I never feel worried about any suggestions as he is open to hearing them all and responds in a nice manner. He makes the work environment a lot better and is very knowledgeable. I have a learned a lot during my rotation with him. Dr. Brown is also very compassionate with patients and ancillary staff.
