Primary objective: to establish a high-quality repository of COVID-19 biological specimens and healthy controls with an associated database of relevant clinical, follow-up and outcome data.

Current enrollment: 214, most from outpatient visits done at the FORU for Treatment Trial followup, clinical database data entry just getting started
