Personal Statement:

As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner I am committed to provide quality care to patients all ages. I believe the skills and knowledge I have gained throughout the years as a registered nurse and leader has helped me become the advanced practitioner provider I am today. I am excited to bring the training, education, and experience I have gained throughout the years to the neurosurgery practice. Is my desire to help patients have a healthy life, make them feel better, while serving my community. My past work experience includes neurosurgical and cardiovascular critical care units (adults and pediatrics), pediatric intensive care unit, oncology surgical, research, and leadership.

2014 to 2017-Nursing Clinical Director of Pediatric Services at North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas where I helped launch new pediatric neurosurgery program. Collaborated with the neurosurgery team to develop new practices in the pediatric intensive care and medical surgical units.
