Personal Statement:
Manasa is a graduate student in the cancer biology discipline of the Integrated Biomedical Sciences program. She is working in Dr. April Risinger’s lab studying colorectal cancer liver metastasis. Her research involves drug repurposing strategies to target the metastatic tissue via a localized therapeutic delivery system.
Outside of the lab Manasa enjoys baking, doing puzzles, and trying new restaurants.
