Research

I have experience and training in basic, translational, and clinical research focused on neurodegenerative diseases (particularly Alzheimer’s disease). Exploring the role of chronic stress on Alzheimer’s disease risk and pathophysiology is the focus of my independent research projects, with the goal of identifying biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets and compounds to modulate the progression neurodegenerative disease.
