Led by our expert physicians, our active research program includes ultrasound projects funded by federal, private, and industry grants, as well as collaborative translational and clinical research integrating point-of-care ultrasound into patient care.
UT Health San Antonio has state-of-the-art facilities for point-of-care ultrasound education, and it is one of the few institutions that has integrated point-of-care ultrasound use into routine clinical care to provide the highest quality, most efficient care to its patients.
