Personal Statement:

Mohamed grew up in Amarillo, Texas as the youngest of three children where he enjoyed playing sports, listening to music, and working at a local coffee shop. He attended college at UT Austin and then completed medical school at Texas A&M in Temple, Texas. He moved to San Antonio for his residency training in internal medicine and has continued in his fellowship training here as well. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and going to concerts. Hobbies: Music has been an important part of my life so I spend a lot of my free time exploring new music and going to concerts. I also enjoy traveling, playing and watching sports, cooking, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
