As program director, Dr. Wagner has gone above and beyond in working with us to develop more educational opportunities including creating weekly case conferences, supporting research and conference attendance, developing our educational lectures, and generally getting the attendings to better teach the residents when on service. I consider him a mentor in education and personally. He has great motivation and energy to constantly improve and make the education the best experience.
