Research

Throughout my career I have been a specialist in molecular biotechnology, DNA sequencing, and molecular evolution.  Since my retirement, I have specialized in high performance computing, and carried out advanced bioinformatics projects with collaborators, focused on bacteriophage genomes, bacterial genomes, and protein families.
