The Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Training Program for advanced fellows will perform the following procedures independently: Basic and advanced cardiac life support, right heart catheterization and transvenous pacemakers, right and left heart catheterization including coronary arteriography, Stent implantation, Rotational, extraction and directional atherectomy, Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation, Intravascular ultrasound, Physiologic assessment of coronary flow, Renal stent implantation, Iliac and subclavian stent implantation, Vascular brachytherapy, Peripheral angiography and interventions.
