Why Emergency Medicine?

I love that there is something new every shift. I’m continually learning. I love the fast paced environment, procedures and the wide variety of patients and illnesses.

 

Why did you choose UT Health?

The program had everything on paper that I was looking for – a level I trauma center with high patient volume and acuity though what really brought me here was talking to the residents and academic staff. I got the sense of the family atmosphere created here that would be there for me through residency and beyond!
