FHC Team Wins a 2020 IPFCC Partnership Award!
Our very own UT Family Residency Clinic physicians were recognized during the virtual 9th International Conference on Patient-and-Family-Centered Care: Partnerships for Quality, Safety, and Equity, IPFCC. Recipients were recognized for the development and implementation of innovative projects which resulted from these partnerships.
We were one of only four health systems to win the 2020 IPFCC Partnership Award on August 20th. Our program, Nosotros: Extended Compassion in Hard Times, helps combat food insecurities for vulnerable patients by partnering with the Patient and Family Advisory Council and Advanced Primary Care promotores.
