This 1-hour interactive workshop guides participants through a transformative journey of identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs that both prevent personal and professional growth and negatively impact physical, mental, and emotional health. Led by Dr. Laura Suttin, coach and Founder of Purposeful MD, the session explores the psychological foundations of self-limiting thoughts and provides practical strategies to reframe negative patterns into empowering actions. Through self-reflection exercises, case studies, and group discussion, attendees will create personalized action plans to move beyond fear toward greater freedom and empowerment. This session combines insights from neuroscience, psychology, and Dr. Suttin’s experience as a physician, certified coach, and business owner to provide a comprehensive approach to personal transformation.
After this presentation, attendees will be able to:
- Identify personal limiting beliefs and explain their psychological impact on behavior and decision making.
2. Apply cognitive reframing techniques to transform negative thought patterns into constructive mindsets.
