Third Year Residents

Jasmin Aldridge, MD
Hometown: Dallas, TX
Medical School: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine
Favorite Thing About UT Health San Antonio: Coming into residency, I was very interested in assisting patients with prioritizing diet and exercise in the management of their health and underlying health conditions. So, when I learned that our program had board-certified Obesity Medicine faculty, a registered dietitian and clinical psychologists running the weight loss management clinic, I was sold! I really enjoy the interdisciplinary approach to our Mindful Choices Clinic.
Fun Fact/Hobby: I enjoy making videos on my YouTube channel in which I interview friends and give my own insights about topics related to health promotion, pursuing goals, and self- improvement.
