What’s In a “Pre-Op Eval?” – Navigating the Operative Risk Assessment
Overview:
When a patient needs surgery, pre-operative assessment often begins with a patient’s primary care provider. “What’s in a Pre-Op Eval” provides an overview of the elements involved in a pre-operative risk assessment. In this case-based presentation, Dr. Emily Wang will identify the main components of an evaluation including tools to assist providers in decision-making prior to surgery.
