Clare Murray’s paper on tumor PDL1 control of the Chk2 DNA damage response has been accepted in Molecular Cancer.
Clare’s report described how tumor-intrinsic PDL1 regulates DNA damage repair and when it is depleted genetically it exposes important treatment vulnerabilities. Clare goes on to show how tumor PDL1 can be depleted pharmacologically to expose the same vulnerabilities in a rapidly-translated approach.
