The Department of Pharmacology at UT Health San Antonio has 15 tenure-track or tenured faculty, 12 research-track faculty, 13 graduate students, and 12 postdoctoral fellows. Because of an overlapping of research interests and multiplicity of techniques, there are many collaborative studies within the Department. The faculty in the Department are well-funded from various NIH institutes and foundations, and our graduate students are competitive for individual National Research Service Award (NRSA) funding from NIH.
