Colby Beal, D.O.
Hometown: Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area.
Undergrad: Utah Valley University and BYU-Hawaii – major Biology

Hobbies/Interests: I have a wonderful family with a beautiful wife, two sons and two daughters. Most of my free time revolves around them, but I also love to golf, play the guitar, and wakeboard when I can.
Caroline Brennick, D.O.
Hometown: Bradenton, Florida
Undergrad: As per my family’s tradition, I graduated from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Science.
Medical School: Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida
Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy exercising, water-based activities, and trying new restaurants. My professional interests are broad and include interventional pain medicine, pediatric pain, and general physiatry.
Ashley Ford, D.O.
Home State: Idaho
Undergrad: Idaho State University – majored in Zoology.
Medical School: Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Hobbies/Interests: Some of my hobbies include running, playing the piano, dancing, and spending time with my pets. My professional interests include Sports/MSK, Osteopathic Manual Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine.
Bryce Kirkman, D.O.
Hometown: Tucson, AZ and grew up mostly in Poway, CA outside of San Diego.
Undergrad: Brigham Young University (Go Cougars!) – majored in Exercise Science.
Medical School: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern Univ in Glendale, AZ.
Hobbies/Interests: During my free time I enjoy golfing, watching and quoting movies, and trying to keep up with my wife and five children. My professional interests include musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management.
Denny Mack, D.O.
Hometown: Raised in Gilbert, AZ until high school when I moved to Sandy, UT.
Undergrad: Utah Valley University – degree in biological sciences and chemistry. Earned a doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa and then moved back to Utah where I built my own practice in South Jordan. After practicing for two years and with a desire to add more to my clinical tool set I sold my practice and went to medical school.
Medical School: Touro University in Henderson, Nevada
Hobbies/Interests: I was very happy to match into Rehabilitation medicine here in San Antonio where I live with my wife and 5 kids. We love what the community has to offer in this “big city with a small-town feel”. Professionally I am most fulfilled by the one-on-one interaction and helping patients find functional solutions with a more conservative mindset to help reach their health goals.
Faheem Mahomed, M.D.
Hometown: Born in Dallas, Texas, my family is from South Africa.
Undergrad/Medical School: Attended 6-yr combined BA/MD program at University of Missouri – Kansas City School of medicine. Undergrad degree in Chemistry.
Hobbies/Interests: I love traveling and try to visit new places any chance I get, I love playing and watching soccer and basketball, chef in the making and huge foodie. My professional interests are Pediatric Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine.
Melissa Rojas, M.D.
Hometown: Born in Angles City, Philippines, moved to the US when I was 2 where I was raised in Great Falls, MT.
Undergrad: University of Houston, majored in Human Nutrition and Foods.
Medical School: Chicago Medical School
Hobbies/Interests: Served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy for 5 years prior to college. I am currently interested in Complementary and Integrative Medicine, brain injury, and sports medicine. My hobbies include being outdoors hiking, camping, being on the water, and traveling.
