Geek Squad

The Geek Squad is an Academy of Educational Scholars (AES) resource dedicated to supporting faculty and AES Fellows throughout the educational scholarship process. Whether you are refining a project idea, developing a study, or preparing your work for presentation or publication, the Geek Squad provides collegial guidance and feedback at every stage.

The Geek Squad offers consultation on project design, educational research methods, manuscript development, publication strategy, abstract preparation, presentation planning, and constructive peer feedback from conception through dissemination. Members can also provide advice on identifying collaborators, strengthening scholarship, and navigating the educational research process.

Faculty are encouraged to engage the Geek Squad early in project development, as well as during later stages when preparing manuscripts, posters, presentations, or grant applications. The goal is to foster high-quality educational scholarship while helping faculty successfully share their work with local, regional, and national audiences.
