Active-Duty Air Force Applicants

Current AD Air Force Residents 2025
Current AD Air Force Residents

In 2022, our program partnered with the United States Air Force to offer active-duty Air Force Anesthesiology resident training positions.  This amazing opportunity allows us to help train the next generation of military anesthesiologists in a high acuity, high volume level 1 training institution. In addition to outstanding clinical training and education, other benefits of this partnership include active-duty salary, time accrued towards rank and retirement, easy access to military support services in SA, and equivalent opportunities as civilian residents (educational funds, Anesthesia Toolbox membership, True Learn Subscription, conference/meeting days, vacation, leave, etc.).  Trainees will have also access to military veteran faculty who can provide mentorship and assist with military career goals. Though subject to change year to year, we typically offer 2 intern (PGY 1) positions and 1 advanced (PGY 2) active-duty AF resident training positions. You may learn more about our program through military presentations and tours typically offered annually in July and August.
