Message from the Division Chief
The Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition supports the mission of University of Texas Health San Antonio mission of making lives better through excellence in education, research, health care and community engagement. Our growing division comprises of dedicated, talented and diverse faculty who are committed to serving our community and teaching our next generation.
We offer consultative expertise in gastrointestinal and liver diseases and state-of-the-art endoscopic procedures at our UT Health Physicians practice housed at Kyle Seale Parkway, Medical Arts & Research Center (MARC) as well as in collaboration with our hospital partners, including University Health System (at both University Hospital and the Robert B. Green Campus outpatient facility) and Audie L. Murphy Veterans Administration Hospital.
We are excited to offer our comprehensive consultative and endoscopic services at new, state-of-the art Multispecialty and Research Hospital
Our division provides dedicated clinical care in general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, nutrition, liver diseases, esophagus and advanced endoscopy with faculty actively engaged in the pursuit of scientific research.
The division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition supports the education mission with Accredited Council for Medical Education (ACGME) approved fellowship.
