What are your hobbies and favorite activities outside of medicine?

• I enjoy weightlifting, mountain biking and doing outdoor activities.

What do you like about San Antonio? Or what are you most excited to experience in San Antonio?

• San Antonio is a historic city with many things to do! I enjoy biking or going for a run through the greenway trail. The downtown river walk is a great place to unwind with family and friends. Just outside San Antonio, the hill country offers even more spectacular nature views.

Why would you recommend the UTHSA GI fellowship?

• Excellent clinical training and exposure
• Supportive and knowledgeable faculty
• Collegial atmosphere amongst co-fellows
