Personal Statement:

Hari Sayana, MBBS, MD, is an Affiliate with the Department of Gastroenterology and Advanced Endoscopy at UT Health San Antonio, he currently holds a faculty position with the University Health System, University Hospital. He received his medical training at Guntur Medical College in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India and his internal medicine residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansa City, Missouri. He completed fellowships in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Missouri -Kansas City and an additional fellowship in advanced therapeutic endoscopy at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
