Nu Zhang, PhD publishes paper in Nature Communications
Congratulations to Nu Zhang, Ph.D. and his lab for his new publication, “TGF-b-dependent lymphoid tissue residency of stem-like T cells limits response to tumor vaccine.” published in Nature Communications.
In this paper, they report that stem-like CD8+ T cells differentiate into tissue-resident cells inside tumor draining lymph nodes. This differentiation program inhibits tumor vaccine induced T cell responses.
