UT Health San Antonio has been named the official sports medicine partner of the San Antonio Missions, marking the latest in a series of strategic partnerships that strengthen its commitment to expert care, community wellness and support for athletes at every level.
“This partnership is about more than covering games — it’s about elevating care for athletes while strengthening our connection to the San Antonio community,” said Robert Quinn, MD, chair of the Department of Orthopaedics at UT Health San Antonio. “We are proud to bring best-in-class sports medicine to the field and to continue supporting health, safety and performance at every level of play.”

Lee C. Rogers, DPM, chief of podiatry and clinical associate professor of Orthopaedics was recently inducted into the Podiatric Hall of Fame.
Leah Brown, MD was recently announced as the new lead team orthopaedic surgeon for the San Antonio Spurs.
Lawrence A. Lavery, DPM, MPH recently was interviewed regarding his research on complications from diabetic foot infections, complications and wound healing.
